圣皇御极，治迈尧汤。水旱流行，伊数之常。维兹江右，民物阜康。
近厄于水，复罹旱荒。蒸人嗷嗷，盗贼滋蔓。奏章上闻，当宁嗟叹。
曰吾赤子，曷遭此患。援溺救焚，义不可缓。爰命大臣，授以玺书。
有杰秋卿，来自南都。福星照临，甘雨随车。一方民命，徯公以苏。
公既至止，人心大慰。遄发公储，以周贫匮。宣德达情，兴利除弊。
忧国忘家，视民犹己。公帑几何，饥馁孔多。载经载营，以抚以摩。
如培粪壤，沃彼稿禾。如施药石，疗彼沉疴。蠲除租课，宽免徭役。
鹾司分利，关税移积。省礼缓刑，舍禁弛力。立赏劝分，具有典则。
剪盗锄强，邵农助耕。招徕逋亡，周恤孤茕。鉴空衡平，物无遁情。
禁止令行，民无卒争。期月之间，事将就绪。孰意亢阳，重虐兹土。
饥馑荐臻，民愈愁苦。室如悬罄，病愈危痼。旌节载留，多方计筹。
备尝勤劳，恒抱隐忧。章奏剀切，动于宸旒。言听计从，荒政益脩。
敛散惟时，通融是画。商旅旁招，邻邦肆籴。仓廪充盈，痹疠消释。
俾歉为丰，由公之力。维天有缺，石可补之。维民有艰，丹可寿之。
庖刃恢恢，邹谷熙熙。德叶人心，功在口碑。口碑伊何，歌颂载道。
百万生灵，蒙此大造。昔困饥寒，今则暖饱。昔忧剽掠，今则无挠。
公拜帝命，竣事还京。鱼龙先驱，鸾凤纷迎。帆经鄱湖，舟指金陵。
山川出色，草木知名。公不忘民，行且有疏。水利仓储，二事兼举。
任专其人，法以无蠹。匪图目前，经久为虑。维帝明哲，用贤不疑。
维公忠诚，功烈有辉。章江瀰漫，庐阜崔嵬。邦人之思，曷有已而。
