（1437—1522）金华府兰溪人，字德懋，号闇然子，晚号谷滨遗老。成化二年进士。由庶吉士授编修。以谏元夕张灯被杖，贬南京大理左评事，历福建佥事。考满求致仕。家居以读书讲学为事，称“枫山先生”。弘治十六年起南京国子监祭酒。正德二年引疾归。世宗即位，进南京礼部尚书致仕。谥文懿。有《枫山语录》、《枫山集》。
