（1398—1460）浙江慈溪人，字式之。永乐二十二年进士。宣德间任监察御史。能辩疑狱。正统五年以荐升陕西按察佥事。再升右佥都御史，监刘聚军，镇压福建邓茂七。又破山寨多处。奉命督徐恭镇压处州叶宗留，进军迟缓，日以置酒赋诗为乐。及闻已平定，进兵争功。还京后被劾罢。
