李堪（九六五～？）字仲任，号平坡，常州（今属江苏）人。据《乌目山五题》诗序当生于太祖乾德三年。真宗咸平二年（九九九）进士。真宗景德二年（一○○五）知古田县。大中祥符中为秘书丞（《琴川志）。官至工部尚书。民国《古田县志》卷三三有传。今录诗十八首。
