（942—999）泉州南安人，字禹谟。陈洪进辟为功曹参军，掌笺奏。太宗太平兴国八年复举进士登第。淳化初赵普留守西京，表为通判，委以府政。累迁右谏议大夫、同知枢密院事。以与凶人赵赞素善，出知襄州，徙荆南府。真宗咸平中拜工部侍郎，卒。
