洪咨夔，(1176～1236)，南宋诗人，汉族人。字舜俞，号平斋。於潜（今属浙江临安县）人。嘉泰二年(1202)进士。授如皋主簿，寻为饶州教授。作《大治赋》，受到楼钥赏识。著作有《春秋说》3卷、《西汉诏令揽钞》等。
