王鹏运（1849—1904）晚清官员、词人。字佑遐，一字幼霞，中年自号半塘老人，又号鹜翁，晚年号半塘僧鹜。广西临桂（今桂林）人，原籍浙江山阴。同治九年举人，光绪间官至礼科给事中，在谏垣十年，上疏数十，皆关政要。二十八年离京，至扬州主学堂，卒于苏州。工词，与况周颐、朱孝臧、郑文焯合称“清末四大家”，鹏运居首。著有《味梨词》、《骛翁词》等集，后删定为《半塘定稿》。王鹏运曾汇刻《花间集》及宋、元诸家词为《四印斋所刻词》。
