译文
漫天风起，卷起海浪般的波涛，昔人曾在这里饮酒赋诗志壮情豪。我到这里悠闲地登临眺望，眼前是长空寥廓，日远天高。山接着水，苍茫浩渺，水连着天，遥远朦胧。这些山水胜景只能供我赋诗吟啸，功名利禄的事情已了，快去归隐，何待老僧来招。
注释
昔人曾此：昔人曾在这里。
酒圣：酒中的圣贤。此指刘伶之属，伶字伯伦，“竹林七贤”之一。性嗜酒，曾作《酒德颂》，对封建礼教采取蔑视的态度。诗豪：诗中的英豪。《唐书·刘禹锡传》：“（刘禹锡）素善诗，晚节尤精。与白居易酬复颇多，居易以诗名者，尝推为诗豪。”辛弃疾《念奴娇·双陆和陈和仁韵》：“少年横槊，酒圣诗豪余事。”
日远天高：双关语，既是写登临所见，又是写仕途难通。
茫茫渺渺：形容山水相连，辽阔无边的样子。
隐隐迢迢：形容水天相接，看不清晰、望不到边的样子。
