大圭，字恒白，姓廖氏，泉州晋江人。得法于妙恩，博极群书。尝曰：不读东鲁论，不知西来意。为文简严古雅，诗尤有风致。自号「梦观道人」，著《梦观集》及《紫云开士传》，晋江有金钗山，其《募修石塔疏》云：「山势抱金钗，耸一柱擎天之雄观；地灵侔玉几，睹六龙回日之高标。」一时传诵。同时有守仁，字一初，富阳人。亦号梦观，有《梦观集》六卷。洪武间，徵授右善世，诗见《列朝诗集》中，而曹能始《石仓诗选》合为一人，误也。
