肇典丹阳校，旋苏海邑民。渔盐千古旧，弦诵一朝新。
浩荡王纲解，艰虞国步屯。遂令娱綵士，几作负羁臣。
天地裨忠孝，云山获隐沦。陶潜犹纪晋，黄绮肯归秦。
体病相如渴，家伤原宪贫。将何具甘旨，并□窘晨昏。
善事行惊俗，高居德照邻。儒言存道脉，野趣任天真。

（1317—1383）元明间浦江人，字叔能，号九灵山人，又号云林。通经、史百家暨医、卜、释、老之说。初习举子业，寻弃去，学古文于黄、柳贯、吴莱。学诗于余阙。元顺帝至正十八年，朱元璋取金华，召之讲经史。旋授学正。不久逃去。顺帝授以淮南江北等处儒学提举。后避地吴中，依张士诚。见士诚将败，挈家泛海，抵登、莱。欲行归扩廓军，道梗，侨寓昌乐。元亡，南还，变姓名，隐四明山。明太祖物色得之，召至京师，试以文，欲官之，以老疾固辞，忤旨。逾年自杀。良为诗风骨高秀，眷怀宗国，多磊落抑塞之音。有《九灵山房集》。
