（?—1123）明州奉化人，徙居鄞县，字试可。楼郁孙。神宗元丰八年进士。调汾州司理参军。迁大宗正丞，度支员外郎。以养亲求知泗州，复为左司郎中、鸿胪卿。徽宗政和末，知随州、明州，屡治湖为田，以增岁粮，但湖水尽泄，自是苦旱，乡人怨之。方腊起事时，以善理城戍，进徽猷阁直学士，知平江府。
