刘峻（463—521年），南朝梁学者兼文学家。字孝标，本名法武，平原（今属山东德州平原县）人。以注释刘义庆等编撰的《世说新语》而著闻于世，其《世说新语》注引证丰富，为当时人所重视。而其文章亦擅美当时。《 隋书·经籍志 》著录其诗文集六卷，惜今所传为数有限。刘峻才识过人，著述甚丰，所作诗文颇有发明。其《世说新语注》 征引繁博，考定精审，被视为后世注书之圭臬，至今流传。据《隋志》 所载，刘峻另有《汉书注》 一百四十卷，还 编撰《类苑》一百二十 卷，惜二注均已亡佚。刘峻生平行迹历来不得其详。
