张宁（1426—1496）字靖之，号方洲，一作芳洲，浙江海盐人，明朝中期大臣。景泰五年进士，授礼科给事中。丰采甚著，与岳正齐名，英宗尝称为“我张宁”云。成化中出知汀州，先教后刑，境内利病悉罢行之。后为大臣所忌，弃官归，公卿交荐，不起。能诗画、善书法，著有《方洲集》等。
