玄流若也透玄关，蹑景登真果不难。只是星儿孔窍子，迷人如隔万重山。
世间纵有金丹客，太半泥文并着物。虽然苦志教门中，却似痴猫守空窟。
或将金石为丹母，或云口鼻为玄牝。或云心肾为坎离，或云精血为奇偶。
劳形苦体费精神，妙本支离道不伸。直待灵源都丧尽，尚犹执着不回身。
人人自有长生药，道法法人人不肖。浮华乱目孰回光，薄雾牵情谁返照？
我观颍川野云翁，奇哉道释俱贯通。玉锁金枷齐解脱，急流勇退慕玄风。
我今得见知音友，故把天机都泄漏。坎水中间一点金，急须取向离中辏。
一句道心话与贤，从今不必乱钻研。九夏但观龙取水，明明天意露真诠。
会得此机知采药，地雷震处鼓橐籥。霎时云雨大滂沱，万气咸臻真快乐。
水中取得玉蟾蜍，送入悬胎鼎内储。进火退符功力到，无中生有结玄珠。
获得玄珠未是妙，调神温养犹深奥。铅要走而汞要飞，水怕寒兮火怕燥。
火周须要识持盈，静定三元大宝成。迸破顶门神蜕也，与君同步谒三清。

李道纯 ，湖南都梁（武冈）人，宋末元初著名道士。字元素，号清庵，别号“莹蟾子”。精于内丹学。李道纯博学多才，他的内丹理论兼容并包，系统非常完整。其师王金蟾为道教丹功南宗白玉蟾之弟子。李道纯融合内丹道派南北二宗。其内丹理论以“守中”为要诀。 故后人称其为内丹学中的中派。
