释可湘（一二○六～一二九○），号绝岸，俗姓葛，台州宁海（今属浙江）人。参无准师范禅师得旨。理宗宝祐元年（一二五三），初住嘉兴府流虹兴圣寺。历住温州雁山能仁寺、越州九岩慧云寺、天台护国广恩寺、临安府崇恩演福寺、温州江心龙翔兴庆寺。度宗咸淳八年（一二七二），住福州雪峰崇圣寺，十年，客南山太清。后再住崇圣寺凡十年，谢院事，退居杭州宝寿寺。元世祖至元二十七年卒，年八十五。为南岳下二十世，无准师范禅师法嗣。有《绝岸可湘禅师语录》一卷，收入《续藏经》。
