熙宁十年秋，河决澶渊，注钜野，入淮泗。
自澶、魏以北皆绝流，而济、楚大被其害，彭门城下水二丈八尺，七十余日不退，吏民疲于守御。
十月十三日，澶州大风终日，既止，而河流一枝已复故道，闻之喜甚，庶几可塞乎。
乃作《河复》诗，歌之道路，以致民愿而迎神休，盖守土者之志也。
君不见西汉元光元封间，河决瓠子二十年。
钜野东倾淮泗满，楚人恣食黄河鳣。
万里沙回封禅罢，初遣越巫沉白马。
河公未许人力穷，薪刍万计随流下。
吾君仁圣如帝尧，百神受职河神骄。
帝遣风师下约束，北流夜起澶州桥。
东风吹冻收微渌，神功不用淇园竹。
楚人种麦满河淤，仰看浮槎栖古木。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
