缪公恩（1756－1841），汉军正白旗，沈阳人。原名公俨，字立庄，号楳澥，别号兰皋。缪公恩家世代为官，曾随父亲宦游江南近20年，饱受江南文化的濡染，喜交文人雅士。北归盛京后，即以诗画自娱。他50岁时出任盛京礼部右翼官学助教，后主讲沈阳萃升书院，培养了一批有名的文人。在沈阳书院留学的朝鲜国学生，学成归国后多在朝鲜文人中享有威望，仍念念不忘缪公恩的教诲之恩。朝鲜贡使到沈阳有不识缪兰皋先生者，则引为缺憾。缪公恩的诗作编入《梦鹤轩梅澥诗抄》，收诗两千八百余首。可惜收到《辽海丛书》中时仅存四卷六百余首。
