（?—1623）明顺天府通州人，一说陕西临潼人，字道甫。万历二年进士。二十七年，以右佥都御史总督漕运，巡抚凤阳诸府，在任十数年，以裁抑矿税使，议罢矿税，得民心，累官至户部尚书。时顾宪成讲学东林，与之深相结交。三十八年，朝中有人建议外僚入阁，意在三才，引起朝臣争论，形成党争。次年引退家居。四十三年，被诬盗皇木造私宅，落职为民。天启三年，起为南京户部尚书，未就卒。
