晁说之（1059年—1129年），字以道、伯以，因慕司马光之为人，自号景迂生，济州钜野（今山东巨野）人。元丰五年（1082），进士及第，苏东坡称其自得之学，发挥《五经》，理致超然，以“文章典丽，可备著述”举荐。范祖禹亦以“博极群书”荐以朝廷，曾巩亦力荐。晁说之与晁补之、晁冲之、晁祯之都是当时有名的文学家。
